I like to make mini desserts for O, but sometimes I don’t feel like spending tons of time in the kitchen. So if you’re like me, here’s a super easy recipe you can try, just by getting ready made crusts. All you need to do is whip together some eggs, evaporated milk, sugar, and you’re good to go!
The custard filling is from Christine’s recipe here. I halved it to make 12 mini tarts (bought from Phoon Huat). Pre-heat the oven at 200℃, bake at 180℃ for 18 mins. Added Rilakkuma features with melted chocolate~
They are bite-sized, soft and silky. Perfect as a little snack! ^^
